Where We Draw the Line

What we recommend and what earns commission are decided separately. No brand can buy a mention, a position, or a kind word. If something is not good we say so, commission or none, and where a verdict comes from research rather than direct use we make that clear.

We publish this in accordance with the FTC’s endorsement guidelines at 16 CFR Part 255, which require material connections to be disclosed clearly.
